Ringi is early-access software built by one person. These terms are short enough to actually read. Installing or using Ringi means you accept them.

What you get

A Slack app that gathers positions on a contested decision and isolates the disagreement. It circulates a brief and records the outcome. You may use it for your team's real work. It is provided as-is, without warranty or uptime guarantees, and it may change, break, or gain features without notice while it's in early access.

Your content stays yours

Decisions, positions, briefs, and everything your team writes belong to you. You grant Ringi only the processing rights needed to run the loop described in the privacy page: storing it, and sending the relevant text to an AI model to write the brief. Nothing more.

Humans decide

Ringi facilitates; it never decides. Briefs and recommendations are synthesized from what your team wrote. They can be wrong, and they are not professional, legal, or financial advice. The decision, and responsibility for it, stays with the people who stamp it.

What not to do

• Don't use Ringi to harass people or process content you have no right to share.
• Don't probe, overload, or disrupt the service, or attempt to access other workspaces' data.
• Don't resell access to the service.

Breaking these is grounds for immediate suspension.

Liability

To the maximum extent the law allows: Ringi's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use it, which is currently nothing. No indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Leaving

Uninstall the app anytime; access ends immediately. Data deletion works as described in the privacy page: one email, gone within 30 days.

Housekeeping

If a clause here turns out unenforceable, the rest stands. Material changes to these terms get announced in the app's Home tab before they take effect. Questions to connor@ringi.dev.
